Yes. She kept failing to have a child until Vueko made her wish when she was given the Cradle of Desire. While Irumyuui produced her children none of her children survived until after Vueko's wish and we end up seeing Faputa's birth. Also Vueko's wishes tend to come true even when she does them sub consciously such as making the cities guardian who was someone she actually hated.

True, I had no ideia this was a 42 min one, since I'm kinda off anime these couple of months, and to my surprise it was the best double episode for me!

Not really, the Sun generates energy by Nuclear Fusion which in itself has (and generates) no smell. The most common gases used (and produced) in the Sun are Hydrogen and Helium gas which are also odorless. lol

I think what's meant here is the smell you subjectively experience when you're outside on a sunny day basking in the sun

you are right, its odorless but it is a smell that we assymilate or used to express the smell of something unknow as close as possible. For example: when on summer to go to a field and take a deep breath you can smell the sun not literally but its something we assimilate to. the smell of warmth or summer. Kindda like the smell of heat. when you take your bed sheets and put it under the sun for an hour and then smell it.
